Welcome to our installation guide for your new KML SOLUTION light system! No matter if you opt for the heated visor port connection or the accessory port connection, we’ve got you covered. Let’s dive in!

Heated visor port conection

For the Heated visor port connection, follow those simple step and you will be done in no time.

( Install time : less than a minute )

Wrap the main part around your snowmobile riser.

Fasten the main part on your riser using your 4mm Hallen.

Tighten the screw until the gap is closed between the 2 halfs of the main part.

Slide the light holder in the main part.

Push the light holder all the way into the main part ( you'll feel it clicking in place )

Connect your new KML SOLUTION system to your heated visor port.

Accessory port connection

In this scetion we will guide you to connect our system directly to the snowmobile accessory port. This is the more professional and better looking option.

( Install time: 5-15 minutes )

Wrap the main part around your snowmobile riser.

Fasten the main part on your riser (3mm Allen)

Tighten the screw until the gap is closed between the 2 halfs of the main part.

Slide the light holder in the main part.

Push the light holder all the way into the main part ( you'll feel it clicking in place )

Lay the connectors on top of the handdlebard while.

Remove glovebox cover and these 2 screws. (T25 Torx)

Remove the glovebox. Unplug the cluster and remove it.

Remove these 2 screws (T25 Torx)

Disconnect the headlights and sensors.

Lay the wire harness on the handlebars

Remove the side pannel and the clutch cover

On exhaust side, remove this screw. (T25 Torx)

On clutch side, remove this screw. (T25 Torx)

On clutch side, loosen this screw, DO NOT REMOVE. (Phillips Head)

Grab the hood Like shown and pull it foward.

Set the hood aside.

On clutch side, locate this connector. This is the snowmobile accessory port.

Disconnect the snowmobile accessory port from it's socket. ( If you have any accessory allready installed on your snowmobile they will be connected to this connector, disconnect the accessory and go to the next step )

Feed the harness of your new KML SOLUTION light down along the steering column and connect it to the snowmobile accessory port.

Secure the new KML SOLUTION harness with cable ties.

If you disconnected an accessory from the snowmobile accessory port connect it back to your new KML SOLUTION harness.

Secure all wires with cable ties.

Reinstall the hood assembly, CONNECT AIR INTAKE AND TIGHTEN THE COLLAR PROPERLY. (Phillips head)

Put these 2 screws back then

reconnect the headlights and cluster.

(T25 Torx)

Put the glovebox in and install these 2 screws back in place (T25 Torx)

Reinstall the clutch cover, the side pannels and the 2 remaining screws. (T25 Torx)
